At our specialist factory in London we process and pack dried fruit, particularly dates, for a variety of wholesalers, retailers and food manufacturers in the UK and Northern Europe. We are accredited by EFSIS with the BRC global standard for a food manufacturer and for Organic packing by “Organic farmers and Growers”.

Chopped Dried Tree Fruit

We specialise in size reduction by chopping or dicing large fruits into sizes suitable for use as ingredients in breakfast cereal, bakery and other processing industries. Our major products are diced dried dates, apricots, apples, peaches, pears, figs and bananas.

Fruit Paste

We produce a similar range of dried fruits in the form of pastes, with or without additives to meet your needs. These products are often used by customers in the production of sauces, chutneys and ready meals.
